Shipping
We currently ship via UPS. Some items that are too large to be shipped may be trucked, such as above-ground pools. If we are shipping your order within the continental United States, your shipping charges will be automatically calculated when you place your order. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call to find out what your shipping charges will be. Please address any shipping questions to us at (818) 345-6352.
Although most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, the actual delivery time depends on many factors, including but not limited to the time of year, the volume of orders, and factors related to the shipping company. We do not guarantee any particular ship time, but you will receive an e-mail with an estimated delivery time at the time your package ships out.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Mr-Pool.com has a no refund, no returns policy. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, we will replace the item. Call (818) 345-6352 to inquire about replacing a damaged-in-shipping product. Our customer service representatives will give you a return authorization number, and further instructions for completing your exchange. Unauthorized returns or refusals will be charged a re-stocking fee, AND shipping charges both ways.
Manufacturer’s Warranties
Some products sold on Mr-Pool.com are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. There are no other warranties either expressed or implied.
